Robyn Hasson - Festival Business Director From snowboarding to surfing, diving to eco-warrior, Robyn has organized global marketing and public relations campaigns, events, and product launches around the globe. Opting out of corporate America and expanding her vision towards a more sustainable and inspiring world of adventure tourism, Robyn has worked under the sea as a scuba diving instructor and above the sea educating and insuring that environmental impacts are limited and benefits to the local communities maximized. Here in Bali she is sharing her endless expertise, contagious energy and devotion to responsible tourism with BaliSpirit, as the Festival Business Director.
Noviana Kusumawardhani - Marketing & Communication Director
She believes that life without creativity is a sin. It is with this motto that she devoted previous 15 years of her career as TV Producer, Copywriter and Creative Director to multi-national advertising agencies, such as Grey Jakarta (1994-1996), Dentsu Young Rubicam (1996-2000), Leoburnett Jakarta (2000- 2001), and BBDO Indonesia (2001 – 2007). Her works was awarded both national and international.
Through her inner self-awakening towards spiritual growth and devoting her time to serve and love people, as well as pursuing her talents in creative writing, tarot, astrology, yoga, energy healing and painting, she relocated to Ubud since 2007 and seriously take her path as Tarot Reader
Since 2007, she also dedicates her passion as Business Director for the inspiring Ubud international festival – the Bali Spirit Festival of Yoga, Dance and Music. In the mean time also lecturing Creative Strategy in many leading communication school such as Atmajaya Jakarta & Yogyakarta, Mercubuana University and Imago School of Advertising
Recently published book of poetry “Keranda Emas” , also her writing was published in the leading newspaper and magazine such as Kompas , Femina, Cak ram, and Addiction. Her greatest achievements are her 2 sons, Banyu Bening and Langit Jingga, who teach her courage, patience and optimism

Workshop Programming & Festival Ambassador Daphne Tse joins the Balispirit Festival team as the Festival Ambassador and Program consultant with almost a decade of experience in the yoga world as an event producer, extensive experience in the entertainment production world and a lifetime of music experience as a singer/songwriter.

Eva Anggraini -
Born in Yogyakarta and grown up in Jakarta, previously as Megan’s Assistant and joined BaliSpirit Festival team as Administration Manager. After thirteen years working as Marketing Administration Staff in Gramedia Group (at Tabloid BOLA), one of the biggest printing media company in Indonesia, her passion for Yoga drawn her to Ubud and BaliSpirit Festival. Driven by her dream being a Yoga Teacher, she took a lot of Yoga Workshops in Jakarta and became frequent participants in “Yoga Gembira” with Yudhi Widyantoro as the teacher. Since joining BaliSpirit Festival team, she has become a frequent participant of yoga classes at Yoga Barn and getting her experience learning Yoga from many professional yoga teachers.
Rino Sudibyo - Logistics & Operations Manager
Rino joins the Balispirit Festival team as Logistics & Operations Manager; coordinating set-up and setting operational procedures to ensure that the festival brings maximum enjoyment to its guests and ultimate fun-at-work for the whole team.
Born and raised in Jakarta, Rino enjoys traveling and loves music. His extensive traveling has taken him to most of Indonesia and various parts of the world, even as far as the Solomon Island.
His diverse professional working experience includes ten years in the radio broadcast and entertainment industry plus the last few years as a logistician and as an Emergency Response Specialist with various international NGOs and the United Nations. In between, he makes sure that there is enough time for great food and entertainment. A recipe for balancing his life.
These days, he can be seen running around Ubud going back and forth on his scooter bike, visiting venue sites and chasing vendors. Yes, he’s the guy with the sunglasses on his forehead.
