Founded by a trio of visionaries in 2007, the BaliSpirit Festival is sustained by an amazing Indonesian core team that is supported annually by a troop of international volunteers; together they form the dynamic and multicultural ‘Spirit Team’.
Working together, our MISSION is to awaken and catalyse the infinite potential within each individual who walks through the gates of the festival... Through dynamic & interactive programming, our VISION is to inspire a generation of change makers, leading to positive change in our local communities, and thereby, around the world.
Embodying the spirit of Bali, this amazing annual event features the world’s top teachers and musicians presenting to a tuned-in, turned-on global audience of empowered lifestyle conscious consumers from across the globe.
The five-day, seven-night festival offers a concentrated schedule of events including daytime workshops, seminars, a lively community market with children’s programming, a healer and readers area coupled with a vibrant night time program of world music concerts.
Through the beneficial and inspirational traditions of yoga, dance, music and healing, the BaliSpirit Festival illustrates the Balinese Hindu concept of TRI HITA KARANA: living in harmony with our spiritual, social, and natural environments.
Walking the talk, the Spirit Team believes in nurturing and empowering CSR programs throughout corporate Indonesia, and worldwide. The BaliSpirit Festival is a part of Yayasan Kryasta Guna (Kryasta Guna Foundation), which supports a number of crucial causes in Bali, allowing festival partners high-profile opportunities for corporate responsibility (CSR).
The BaliSpirit Festival has raised and contributed over USD $100,000 to community outreach initiatives including: AYO! Kita Bicara HIV & Aids awareness program & Bali Regreen, a Bamboo Reforestation Program in East Bali.
