Amanda’s vision is to inspire students through the practice of yoga, meditation, healthy nutrition & a variety of healing modalities. To connect each person’s soul with their own personal journey towards strength & wisdom to ignite spiritual energy.

Over the last 14 years, Amanda has trained extensively with a internationally acclaimed teachers. Her training background includes Power Yoga, Iyengar, Hatha and Vinyasa flow as well as Reiki and Theta healing. Amanda’s teachings focus on raising each student's awareness so they can create a connection between body, mind and spirit; her classes effortlessly intertwine adjustments, alignment, core beliefs, values and nutrition.

Amanda has a strong interest in connecting with her students on an elevated consciousness to raise awareness of the mind and body to master the art of living in the heart.
