Mantra, Kirtan, World music and Electronic Beats


Daphne Tse is a spirited, soulful artist originally from Texas. Her passion for music started from a young age and took her west to Los Angeles after university. Since her initial yoga class in 1994, she has explored merging her spiritual practice with her contemporary folk singer songwriter style. She studied music at The University of Texas at Austin, kirtan music with Jai Uttal and sound healing with Jonathan Goldman. She has travelled extensively sharing her music around the globe. Her music has been featured on yoga music compilations and she has released five albums, Mata, Finding Water, Samahita Live, Arigato and her new album, SoulSongs.Daphne has been a part of the BaliSpirit founding team and has been honored to return year after year to share her music and teachings with students from around the world.

She is the co-founder of VIBRANCE, an exploratory practice merging music, movement meditation, sound, singing and mantra as medicine for full self-expression.

Daphne is honored to be joined on stage this year by internationally renowned master musicians, including Japanese artists: Setsuo Miyashita (santoor), Hiroyuki Matsuhisa (satvik veena), DJ Keigo (keyboard & synths), Momoko Nagano (harmony vocals), Thailand based master guitarist Bobby Parrs, Indian classical tabla player, Arindam Chakravarty, South African harmony vocalist, Gillian Breetzke and spoken word artist, percussionist, John DeKadt.

This year Daphne also will be co-presenting with Ellen Watson and Rie Tahiti
