2011 Terms & Conditions of Festival Pass Sales

 

Waiver Notice

Please note that by purchasing your Balispirit Festival 2011 tickets, and by further accepting your wrisTICKET at the Festival entrance, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms, Conditions and Waivers.

 

"BaliSpirit Festival and its representatives, except for their gross negligence or willfull misconduct, shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may be occasioned for any reason by wrisTICKET holders attending the Balispirit Festival venues, including but not limited to, death, personal injury, illness, delay or cancellation of scheduled performances and loss of or damage to personal property."

 

Collecting your wrisTICKET

WrisTICKETs purchased will be available for collection as of Wednesday 20th of March 2011 at the Balispirit Festival Ticketing-Office in Ubud from 9 AM – 5 PM local time or on the day of event at the Purnati Centre for the Arts and ARMA, the Festival venues. Make sure you bring your valid photo ID e.g. Drivers License.

 

Lost WrisTICKETs

There will be no refunds given for lost wrisTICKETs

 

Sales at the Entrance

We encourage you to buy your wrisTICKET in advance as it cannot be guaranteed that the event will not be sold out.

 

Refunds/Exchanges

The tickets are not refundable but can be transferred to other people until the 20th of March 2011. A transfer after that date is not possible.

 

Conditions of Entry

The Event Manager reserves the right to demand proof of eligibility for ticket purchase.

 

You MUST attach your wrisTICKET prior to entering the venue.

 

Tickets (wrisTICKET) are not transferable within any single session or day and must be presented on demand.

 

Your wrisTICKET must be worn to gain re-entry to the venue during any single session or day.

 

Any wrisTICKETs that are damaged or removed are VOID.

 

No alcohol, glass containers, high set chairs, fundraising, animals (except guide dogs), long lens cameras, audio recording equipment, non-biodegradable rubbish (no plastic bags, hard plastic, metallic wrappers etc) - can be brought into the venue and the Event Manager reserves the right to inspect bags and containers.

 

No busking/performing without prior permission from the Event Manager.

 

No flyering/pamphletting.

 

The recording or photography of any live performance by any artists on any stage with any device is strictly prohibited without permission and authorization in advance from the Event Manager. Anyone seen recording a performance will have equipment confiscated.

 

No person shall interfere with plants, water fixtures, or any other installation within the venue.

 

The Event Manager takes no responsibility for lost property.

 

This event will take place rain or shine.

 

For the benefit of everyone in the Festival, BaliSpirit Festival reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the Festival, it may without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the Festival.

 

The BaliSpirit Festival will have no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the Retreat or Festival prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any participant which is not included on the Festival.
