6n/7d Yoga Ecology Surf (YES) Retreat
March 8th-14th, 2008
More than a retreat, the YES Bali Journey is an embrace of ourselves and of our natural environment. We will stay in the beautiful and eco-luxe retreat centre of Desa Seni, modeled on a traditional Balinese Village.
Practice yoga 2x a day in the beautiful, yoga palapa, take a surfing lesson, or hone your surfing skills at beginner to intermediate surf breaks Pantai Berawa and Echo Beach.
Relish delicious, organic meals with vegetables from the retreat gardens, that take you on a global flavour tour. The afternoons are yours to explore the local area or to get some more surf time in, or take a beach walk with our team ecologist who will enrich your experience with insight about the local environment, how waves work etc.
Expect to go deeper with your yoga practice. Yoga will consist of group sessions in a flow style class as well as more alignment focused sessions where Eoin will work with you individually to create a practice that benefits your needs. You will feel stronger, more flexible... laugh till your cheeks hurt... and connect with some of the most incredible people on this earth. Evenings wind down with Blissology (our version of philosophy), music and fun.

Insiya has lived in Europe, Asia and North America and calls herself a global free spirit. She teaches yoga to kids and adults, is a runner, a hiker, an avid surfer (even in the cold waters of the North West Pacific) and an eco-fashionista. |
