Here is our chill out guide at BaliSpirit Festival…
Relaxing activities to do in the Community Area at BaliSpirit Festival…that don’t include yoga!

Alchemy and KAFE.
#2 – Conscious Retail Therapy
Ethical and conscious clothing, accessories and skin care is part of our BaliSpirit Fesitval ethos of fair trading with environmentally friendly products.
Travel light and buy your Bali style yoga clothes and yoga mat ready for all the festival’s classes and workshops.
#3 – Award-winning massages
Lie down on a massage table and drift off into a relaxed state-of-bliss, with our award-winning massage partner- Jari Menari. Jari Menari Practitioners
subtly manipulate your limbs to release held tension through a series of gentle twists and stretches found in Hatha yoga. For yoga practitioners, being
guided through assisted yoga asanas is familiar, so your body is able to release deep inner tension on its own, effectively and painlessly with longer
lasting results to regular massages. Or try Esalen massage with Moving Ventures – their practitioners integrate an understanding of energy, structure
and soul to be able to build a powerful connection that can release daily stress patterns, calm the mind and nourish the body.
#4 – Healing
Wander around the healing huts and find the healing your body and Soul truly need. From reiki to Ayurveda, astrology readings to crystal bowl sound healing
there are so many holistic treatments and workshops for you to take part in.
#5 – Music
The Coco Love Stage has a wide range of daytime music performances for you to sit back and enjoy within the Community Pavilion area including Balinese
dance performances, devotional and sacred chant, medicine music, African-inspired drumming and world music from a variety of international musicians.
