Indra Widjanarko – A few of her thoughts here:
Just call me… Indra
One thing I know for sure is… the world needs more heart than money.
Bali Spirt Festival is… special amongst the other yoga festivals in Asia.
In a word… amazing!
I want to tell the world… about Yoga and its benefit in our life – how it can change or create different awareness, and even healing of the body and mind.
Join me in Bali and… exchange, share, heal, create!
Yoga is… coming back to the nature of heart.
Try this.. have trust and faith in the love and power inside us all.
I’m excited about… art as creative healing.
Yoga saved me… in moments when “there was no hope”. It proves the power of trust, hope and surrender.
When in trouble… adjust, try to be calm and stay in your centre – the heart.
Because of yoga I… have found a different energy, a happy and calm energy.
Don’t forget to……just be there fully.
My mission is… to just be me…
If I wasn’t teaching yoga I’d… dance!
If I was a superhero, my power would be… flying.
When all else fails… Breathe
Yoga is… coming back to the heart, the journey within.
Best book to pack… The Way of The Peaceful Warrior, by Dan Miller
