BaliSpirit Festival 2023 memasuki hari ketiganya pada hari Sabtu, 6 Mei 2023. Terdapat rangkaian acara
yang diikuti oleh peserta yang melingkupi yoga, healing, dance, music, seminar dan lokakarya.
Kelas Active Consciousness Meditation dengan Punnu Singh Wasu merupakan salah satu kelas yang
paling diminati pada hari ketiga BaliSpirit Festival. Kelas dimulai dengan penjelasan dari Punnu, lalu para
peserta diajak untuk mempraktikkan teknik bernapas cepat mengikuti ketukan irama sambil bermeditasi.
Terdapat peserta yang berasal dari dalam dan luar negeri berpartisipasi di dalam kelas ini.
Salah satu kelas sound healing yang paling diminati adalah Suntara Sound Healing Journey dengan
Daniel Coates yang mengajak para peserta untuk memejamkan mata, berbaring dan menenangkan diri
sebelum memulai. Para peserta diminta untuk melepaskan semua tensi di dalam tubuh mereka sambil
mendengarkan alunan lagu yang dinyanyikan oleh Daniel Coates dengan iringan musik dari singing
bowls, seruling, dan lain sebagainya.
Di Media & Community Center, diselenggarakan juga sebuah Konferensi Pers yang menghadirkan Ibu
Meghan Pappenheim (Director dari BaliSpirit Group & Executive Producer dari BaliSpirit Festival), Pak I
Made Gunarta dan Robert Weber (Co-founder dari BaliSpirit Festival), Wayan Marcus (Yoga &
Meditation), Daphne Tse (SoulSongs Music, Voice Activation & Movement Meditation), Yogetsu Akasaka
(Musician & Zen Buddhist monk), dan Yoshi Aono (Founder & Director dari The Hanuman Fest &
Community).
Pak I Made Gunarta menceritakan latar belakang BaliSpirit Festival, salah satunya adalah Pak I Made
Gunarta mempekerjakan orang lokal untuk membantu perekonomian Ubud dan menggunakan bahan-
bahan daur ulang untuk pembangunan dan dekorasi festival. Ibu Meghan Pappenheim juga
menambahkan bahwa mereka menyelenggarakan BaliSpirit Festival setiap tahunnya untuk membantu
mengangkat keragaman kultural dan seni di Ubud serta menginspirasi orang-orang untuk membuat
festival-festival lainnya yang bisa membantu mengangkat Ubud dan Bali.
Untuk menutup hari ketiga BaliSpirit Festival 2023, terdapat pertunjukan musik dari musisi-musisi
ternama yang dapat dinikmati oleh para peserta seperti Hanuman Project, Jungle Kitchen, dan Mistral di
The Grove Main Stage.

BaliSpirit Festival 2023 entered its third day on Saturday, May 6th 2023. There were various
events that the participants could enjoy such as yoga, healing, dance music, seminars and
workshops.
Active Consciousness Meditation with Punnu Singh Wasu was one of the most popular
meditation class on this day. The class started with Punnu explaining on what they were going
to do, and after that the participants were asked to practice a fast breathing technique following
to the beat while meditating. There were participants from Indonesia and outside of Indonesia.
One of the most popular sound healing class on this day was Suntara Sound Healing Journey
with Daniel Coates, where the participants were asked to close their eyes and lie down. The
participants were asked to release all tensions inside their bodies while listening to the music
that were sung and played by Daniel Coates.
At the Media & Community Center, there were also a Press Conference presenting Meghan
Pappenheim (Director of BaliSpirit Group & Executive Producer of BaliSpirit Festival), I Made
Gunarta and Robert Weber (Co-founder of BaliSpirit Festival), Wayan Marcus (Yoga &
Meditation teacher), Daphne Tse (SoulSongs Music, Voice Activation & Movement Meditation),
Yogetsu Akasaka (Musician & Zen Buddhist monk), and Yoshi Aono (Founder & Director of The
Hanuman Fest & Community).
Mr. I Made Gunarta shared stories about the behind-the-scenes of BaliSpirit Festival, one
including how he hired local workers to boost the economy of Ubud and only using recycled
materials for the site building and decorations of the festival. Mrs. Meghan Pappenheim also
added that the reason why they organized the BaliSpirit Festival was to help inspire the next
generation of the multicultural arts in Ubud and to inspire others to create other festivals that
can help boost Ubud’s name.
To close the third day of the BaliSpirit Festival 2023, there were music performances by
renowned musicians that the participants could enjoy such as Hanuman Project, Jungle
Kitchen, and Mistral at The Grove Main Stage.
