About Alesiana Ra

Alesiana Ra is a modern-day mystic, yogini, teacher and activist devoted to awakening the living intelligence of the human heart.

Through retreats, initiations and private sessions, she weaves Kundalini Yoga, hypnotherapy, sacred music, poetry, dance and ancient tantric wisdom into immersive experiences that invite people to step courageously into their unique dharmic path.

For many years she has also hosted Truth Salons — intimate gatherings devoted to radical honesty and collective inquiry. In these spaces participants tune into an edgy question or theme and together unpack the diamond of truth, gently dissolving the fractures of misunderstanding, projection and separation that so often cloud human connection.

Her path has moved through several creative disciplines:

• 15 years practicing diverse yogic traditions
• ⁠7 years studying classical ballet
• ⁠professionally trained as an actress in New York theatre and television, appearing in series such as House of Cards, Billions, Girls, and Iron Fist
• ⁠directing work in the United States, including the VR film Come Into Me, exploring sex trafficking in New York, which premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival in 2019
• ⁠and the last seven years devoted to teaching Kundalini Yoga, hypnotherapy, and guiding transformational retreats and salon gatherings around the world.

Yet beyond all roles and titles, what truly animates her life is the awakening of the Kundalini life force within the human being.

She believes that as this living current awakens in more and more people, a new form of collective intelligence begins to emerge — guidance that does not come from a single authority, but arises organically from awakened hearts. In such a field, individuals follow their own inner truth while naturally moving in harmony with the whole. Personal sovereignty and collective coherence cease to contradict each other.

For this to become embodied and natural to the nervous system, the life force must first awaken. From there, the path becomes simple: listen inwardly and follow the call of the heart.

What unfolds is not merely a revolution, but what she calls a Lovelution — a revolution of the heart.

As Kundalini rises and penetrates the heart, expanding our capacity to love ourselves and one another, many of the tensions and conflicts that shape the world begin to soften and dissolve with surprising elegance.

For her, the work always begins within. Each person carries the sovereign responsibility of their own awakening.

And her deepest joy is to create environments, conditions and tools that support this unfolding — spaces where people feel profoundly supported, loved and encouraged to discover their own inner truth, awaken their life force, and allow the radiance of their own heart to lead the way.
