Alex is passionate about inspiring people to make a positive impact in the world. He believes that if we change our relation to ourselves then we can step up in the world, have better relations with others and mother earth.
In his workshop, Alex shares the techniques he learned over the years, and helped him OVERCOME depression, self-doubt, fatigue, anxiety and fear. He is now on a PERSONAL MISSION to impact others with the groundbreaking techniques that could help them live their life at their FULLEST POTENTIAL. Alex studied breathwork, pranayama and movement – he trained with Wim Hof in Poland, climbing mountains in winter just in shorts and shoes and swimming in frozen rivers. This man transformed his life.
Breathing is something we all know how to do. And yet, the majority of people let go of their NATURAL ABILITY to breathe fully. We are conditioned from an early age to control our feelings and emotions, and as a result, our muscles tighten and our breathing patterns become restricted. The IMPACT on our mental and PHYSICAL WELLBEING is huge.
By learning how to CONSCIOUSLY CONNECT to our breath and encourage its natural rhythms, we can harmonise the body and mind, LIVE LIFE FULLY, find emotional freedom and FEEL EMPOWERED.
