Mindful Mobility and Functional Flexibility
Amanda Koh is a Singapore-based international yoga teacher. She teaches and continually develops the Mindful Mobility and Functional Flexibility (MMFF) as an evolving interface for people to understand how to move their bodies in a way that is natural, loving, and enabling. She is a yoga educator, teaching people to deepen their connection to their bodies and the human experience through Yoga. She teaches Myofascial Release and Fascia Movement. She hopes to be a catalyst in shifting the focus of yoga from asana as an end product, to asana as an experiential process. Her vision is to enable an emerging community of critical thinking Yogis.
Amanda is dedicated to inspiring and enabling people to live as their authentic selves and to discover that strength, grace, and beauty do not need to be defined by the male gaze. She believes that someone else does not have the right to tell you that you do not have the right to feel pain for something they said or did to you. She believes that we should not be made to feel shame for experiencing a spectrum of emotions.
She believes that everybody deserves to feel strong, beautiful, and safe.
