About Ashton Szabo

Ashton has been teaching yoga for almost 20 years and practicing since his preteens. He is steeped in the Trika tradition (also known as Kashmir Shaivism), and brings this radically life affirming approach to all of his teachings. His classes are grounded not only in tradition, but are anchored in the experience of our everyday lives.

Ashton lives in Bali and teaches at Alchemy Yoga Center in Penestanan, Ubud.
