About Babaji

With roots deep in the spiritual soil of India, Babaji’s journey as a kirtan singer began over six decades ago.

He travelled all over India and the Philippines carrying the mesmerizing verses of kirtan to hearts far and wide. As an Indian Sikh Priest, his life has been a harmonious blend of devotion and service, with kirtan at its heart.

For more than a decade, he has graced Bali with his presence, founding a gurdwara (Sikh temple) in the heart of Ubud. Every Sunday morning, this serene sanctuary comes alive with the enchanting melodies of kirtan, as Babaji continues to inspire and uplift hearts from all around the world.

His life is a testament to the transformative power of devotion, music, and selfless service. His story inspires us to walk the path of devotion and to embrace the profound beauty of kirtan, a timeless tradition that transcends boundaries and unites humanity in a chorus of love and harmony.
