About Bodas

BUDHO ADHI SADDHARMO, also known as Bodas, lives a unique dualistic lifestyle. Bodas’s started off as a hardcore rock musician in 1998, becoming the guitarist and vocalist for the well-known Indonesian band Deva Data, based in Surabaya, East Java.

His professional journey as a yoga teacher began in 2018 and continues to this day. His musical interest and talent led him towards multi-instrumental sound therapy & vibration baths, which he now specializes in. Bodas also specializes in meridian yoga, chakra healing, longevity, scoliosis therapy & different forms of meditation.

In addition to being a lead teacher, Bodas is the founder of Yoga at Mountain and Das ist Yoga. He is also a trainer and facilitator of many yoga classes, events and communities, such as: Yogamarta, Urban Athletes, Fit Hub Surabaya, Isvara Studio, Kelas Yoga. and the phenomenal event YOGANTENG Yoga for Men, which takes place in Surabaya.

Bodas is also active in yoga organizations, serving as the chairman of the Indonesian Yoga Practitioners Association of East Java.

In short, Dualism in Harmony for Bodas is Living with Yoga & Sound Therapy without leaving behind the roar of his love for hardcore music.
