Endah Wahyuningsih Ibu Teko

Born and grew up in Jakarta, Endah who is known as Ibu Teko to her yoga students, finds Bali as her second home both for its beaches for her love of surfing and cliffs for her love of rock climbing.

Endah found yoga when facing her most difficult moments in life. Yoga practice became her inner sanctuary to find self-love and self-respect, the best gift of life which she wants to share with others through teaching yoga. She finally let go of office career as she finds more meaning in Yoga.

Yoga also completes her love of surfing and rock climbing as it gives her more focused and awareness. While surfing and rock climbing complete her yoga practice, physically and mentally. She started exploring the art of Acro Yoga as a way to connect with others with trust.

Endah is an RYT200 with Yoga Alliance graduated from [email protected] Jakarta with teachers like Noah Maze and Fiska Lukartono in 2018.

Endah’s classes at Gudang Gudang Yoga studio are loved by many regular and new students because of the inspiring, challenging and fun experience in each class. She teaches yoga retreat, private classes and yoga events at Gudang Gudang and elsewhere since her graduation.
