With over two decades immersed in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energy healing, Faith’s journey began as a deeply personal awakening after facing profound family experiences, leading her to become an authentic voice in holistic wellness.

Blending her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen, Faith previously founded and successfully ran two prominent yoga studios in Washington, DC, for 16 years. Today, she continues to lead with innovation through her online wellness sanctuary, Spiritually Fly™, a digital haven that seamlessly merges ancient wisdom with contemporary culture, guiding thousands to profound personal growth and transformation.

As a celebrated author, consultant, and facilitator, she dedicates herself to empowering others to embrace their divine essence unapologetically.
