Forest is an iconic figure with over 25 years as a professional fire dance theater performer, and teaching experience, he shares a special type of mastery that brings out the best in others.
Forest has been a Yoga teacher for 13 years, and a massage therapist & healer for 19 years. His other many talents include breath-work facilitator, mediation facilitator, sound healer musician with didgeridoo, shamanic mouth harp, ecstatic dance DJ, event producer, wellness coach and more.
A Shangri-La peaceful warrior in service and stewardship to the sacredness of life, he believes that heaven exists here on earth and is realized through our gratitude, curiosity, wonder and amazement.
