About JAGWOLF

JAGWOLF is a hybrid live electronic duo formed by Indonesian-American DJ/producer Shalman, and French-Canadian artist, producer, singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Nova Wolf, blending live instrumentation, vocals, and groovy, yet soulful dance music across the genres of house, melodic house, afro/organic, and indie dance.

Shalman has performed at Envision Festival, SXSW, Burning Man, Bali Spirit Festival, and boutique gatherings worldwide, sharing lineups with Julia Sandstorm, Marques Wyatt, Lemurian, Mose, and Ape Chimba. With 200+ shows and multiple sold-out events, he’s built a following the old-fashioned way, one dancefloor at a time.

Nova Wolf is a JUNO Award–winning producer with credits across Dexter, Silent Hill, Body of Proof, and Dishonored, having worked with Thom Russo (Audioslave, Maná) and MIDI Mafia (50 Cent, Justin Bieber, Frank Ocean). With 20+ albums to his name, his most recent releases — Relationships 1.0, Nomad Tapes: Africa, and Nomad Tapes: Bali — are best described as cinematic, soul-driven melodies meeting afro rhythms.

As JAGWOLF, they bridge Nova Wolf’s production depth and Shalman’s global festival presence into a single act. Fluid, playful, and unpretentious — two friends who genuinely love playing together and making rooms move.
