James Sol Radina
Embodied Freedom
USA
James Sol is the co-founder of the Embodied Freedom DOJO. James offers a self-empowered holistic approach to healing that draws from a range of different modalities. For example: Psychodrama uses creative expression and role-playing to explore and resolve emotional issues, while family constellations focuses on the dynamics of family systems and their impact on our lives. Parts work helps people identify and integrate different aspects of our personality, while trauma release work aims to release the body’s stored tension and emotions related to past trauma. Shadow work addresses the unconscious aspects of the self that may be creating emotional blocks, while somatic experiencing helps us connect with and release physical sensations related to emotions. Shamanism emphasizes the importance of our interconnectedness of all things and living in harmony with nature, while spiral dynamics offers a framework for understanding our human development and how we can evolve and grow over time. By integrating these modalities, James’ teachings and workshops offer a comprehensive approach to healing that addresses the various layers of the self and promotes lasting transformation.
James is a Wild Man at heart and you will usually find him out on an adventure deep in nature or getting wild on the dance floor.
James will be sharing workshops for Men’s embodiment alongside Xavier de Forceville
