Joep’s modern journey kicked off with the realization that music is the transformative tool necessary for fundamental social change. Through its introspective power, music opens listeners to new perspectives and connections, driving a journey through the consciousness and awareness essential to facilitating tangible social progress. Since that day, Joep has dedicated his life to raising this consciousness and doing so with music as his primary tool.

Not to be outdone as a producer, Joep is also a prolific and well-established DJ, having played across the world. From Mexico City to Montreal, Ibiza to Istanbul, Amsterdam, London, Morocco, and Barcelona, to name a few, have all felt his interplay of sound and consciousness. But it has been his affiliation with the globe-trotting The Gardens of Babylon where he is a staple, having been seen with them at their Monastery festival, ADE extravaganza The Seekers of Light, and any number of one-offs on the international festivals stage.
