Yin, Yoga Therapy & Yoga Nidra
Lucy Dallas has been offering classes at The Yoga Barn since 2018 and has been sharing through Workshops, Retreats and Teacher Trainings since 2012. Lucy was first introduced to Yoga by her mother at age 15, and has been exploring and navigating her way through the depths of this traditional ancient wisdom practice ever since. She has been studying with and been inspired by teachers such as Mark Whitwell, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Tina Nance. With a background working as a Holistic Health Care Professional for 13 years, her holistic approach to Yoga draws on her vast knowledge of physical anatomy, lines of energy within the body and traditional practices of medicine.
Lucy’s classes are truly reflective of the beautiful nature of who she is. The essence of the practice shines through in its gentleness and the exquisite depth of peace that is contained within, explored and discovered so wonderfully in her presence. She teaches with a gentle, loving approach helping to guide you through your practice in a nurturing and supportive way, allowing you to deepen into your body. Inviting the practitioner to witness the inner realms of experience with a soft presence of self-care, compassion and acceptance – to slow down, move within and connect to self, your truest and purest nature.
