A family based centre, Mekar Bhuana empowers young Balinese to value their culture through gamelan music and dance. Founders Putu Evie and Vaughan Hatch involve young Balinese and their families to learn from elders and vintage documentation about the beauty and value of their rarely seen or heard art-forms.
