About Prabumi & Resonance Hati Frequency
A new live sound experience, created by Mukitito Adhitya / Prabumi, featuring: Edoardo Ponticelli aka Il Ponte, Omen, Eya, Reza Achman, Rio Pratomo, Joshua Reyna, Isami Said & Tigra Rose
Resonance Hati Frequency is a living convergence of sound and perception, a spatial encounter with sound shaped by a collective of artists, each attuned as a bridge between worlds. Blending intuitive soundscapes, ancestral rhythms, electronic and tribal pulses, healing frequencies, and cosmic textures, the project unfolds as an immersive environment where nature, human consciousness, and music converge. Field recordings, traditional instruments, and next wave sonic design move beyond layering, they are woven, forming compositions that feel less like performances and more like living ecologies in motion.
Together, this collective of artists invites you into a living tapestry of sound, a space where every note, rhythm, and vibration becomes a doorway to wonder, presence, and connection. Here, music is not just heard, it is felt: in your body, your heart, and your breath. Prabumi & Resonance Hati Frequency is an experience where the boundaries between performer and listener dissolve, and a shared heartbeat emerges, one rhythm, one pulse, one journey. Step into this world with curiosity and openness, and you will discover moments of joy, reflection, and awe that linger long after the last sound fades. This is not merely a performance; it is a celebration of unity, a call to feel deeply, and an invitation to awaken to the magic that exists when hearts and minds resonate as one. This is more than music; it is a shared heartbeat, an invitation to feel, dream, and move in unison.

Muktito Adhitya / Prabumi
An electronic music producer and visionary musician, began his musical journey at the age of seven, composing original pieces with remarkable intuition. From that early age, he immersed himself in the study of every instrument he could touch, weaving a deep and instinctive understanding of sound that continues to shape his boundary-pushing creations today.
Over time, Muktito became increasingly drawn to exploring life through travel and immersion in nature. He developed a deep fascination and appreciation for the sounds of nature and felt compelled to preserve them through the medium of music, harnessing the harmonious melodies and harmonies they offer.
Prabumi is one of Muktito’s most recent musical journeys, where the whispers of nature, the voices of ancestral instruments from around the world, and shimmering electronic textures intertwine. Guided by intuition, curiosity, and the heart, he transforms these elements into a living, unfolding tapestry, music that repeats, resonates, and breathes with the quiet heartbeat of the earth itself.
At its core, Prabumi is a movement that welcomes us to reconnect to awaken the awareness that we are one, united in essence, and deeply interwoven through the universal language of music.
Edoardo Ponticelli aka Il Ponte
Is a Handpan player, composer and sound wizard since 15 years; he performed in countless festivals between Europe, India and south east Asia, from the psychedelic trance venues to jazz festivals.
His musical performance is an immersive and unique experience, a sonic journey that transcends the boundaries of traditional music. The handpan, through his mastery, becomes an instrument of infinite expressive possibilities, capable of evoking vivid images and deep emotions. His skill in using complex techniques, paired with simple yet captivating melodies, creates the perfect balance between technicality and emotion, deeply engaging the listener.
His style, which he defines as cosmic and psychedelic, transforms each composition into a sonic story, where every note seems to have its own life and movement. His ability to “transform” the handpan into a piano, exploring a vast range of timbres and nuances, adds a special dimension to his music. It’s not just about playing—he creates a space in which the listener can lose themselves and find themselves again, offering an experience that goes beyond passive listening, inviting reflection, introspection, and dreams.
Each of his performances is an inner journey, where every “note” is a step, and the musicality becomes a bridge between the conscious and unconscious, between the tangible and intangible. His music is not merely entertainment, but a transformative experience.
