Sandflower Dyson is a name redefining artistry, creativity, and genre boundaries. A self-proclaimed  “genre-fluid artist,” Sandflower‘s music is a vivid, boundary-breaking blend of dance, house, pop,  rock, EDM, and jazz. Her second album, The Radiant Explorer, promises to take listeners on a  sonic adventure that is as bold and multifaceted as the artist herself.

Born and raised amidst the dynamic chaos of New York City, Sandflower‘s artistic identity is deeply  rooted in her eclectic upbringing. The daughter of a musician, she grew up watching her mother perform at iconic venues like CBGB’s and The Knitting Factory, experiences that shaped her early  connection to music.

For Sandflower, music is a world-building exercise. Each track she creates offers a unique  experience, inviting listeners to explore new emotional landscapes. “I like the idea of creating space  for the listener to go somewhere new—maybe get lost, maybe find something they didn’t know they  needed,” she says.
