Yoga has been part of Val’s life since she was 16. When she was growing up in Italy she was attracted to develop her spirituality through the mind-body connection.
Practicing Yoga has helped her to grow stronger, flexible and fearless, and she is inspired to live each moment mindfully. In her Kids Yoga classes Val loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and inspiration to help deepening their Yogic experience.
In recent years Val decided to study and work as a Support Worker with children affected by various disabilities. She has applied her background knowledge to help a range of people with disabilities, to organise their daily activities and encourage health and mental wellness by applying principles from Yoga therapy to give emotional, physical and mental support. Val is very energetic, motivated and adaptable in challenging situations and enjoys sharing her passion for Yoga with others.
