About Zia Kusumawardini

Zia is a practitioner of Vedic sciences, specializing in Ayurveda and Vedic astrology, with a lineage rooted in shamanic healing. Raised in a family of traditional Javanese healers, she was immersed in the world of energy work, intuition, and nature-based medicine from an early age—laying a deep foundation for her path.

Her formal study of Ayurveda and Jyotish (Vedic astrology) began as a personal journey to heal chronic conditions such as scoliosis, emotional trauma, and weight imbalance. Through this, she came to understand that lasting healing comes through alignment with one’s unique constitution and karmic blueprint.

In addition to her Vedic training, Zia is also trained in yoga therapy, Qi Gong, dance therapy, and somatic bodywork—offering a truly integrative approach to healing and self-discovery.

She reaches millions through her online educational content. She also founded Ayuritual, a line of Ayurvedic products & a detox program designed to support digestion, mental health and well-being.
