With regal poise and style, Mariama Kouyate delivered classic Griot Senegalese sounds and rhythms. The stuff we grew up with. The music of her grandparents. The timeless feel of Africa. With Vieux Cissokho by her side, and local favorite Krishnanda Adipurba, we were transported. Sublime.
